“Wonderful stay in West Palm!”
The cottage is beautiful and spotless. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. Great for walking along the inlet, riding bikes, parks everywhere and close to restaurants, shopping etc. The owners offered us their bikes to use and were very knowledgeable about the area. Owners couldn't be nicer and even had our own yard so my greyhound could play in. The neighborhood has beautiful restored historic homes and is just a short drive to Palm Beach!!!

A beautiful property very close to downtown West Palm Beach. Has everything you need. It was my first time for a vacation stay with a private owner and I would come here again and again! So hospitable, from the fresh fruits, to driveway room and walks with Coco- I really enjoyed my stay there. It's a perfect relaxing getaway or accessible retreat for a longterm business professional.

This was hands down the best rental properties I have stayed in. Neighborhood was beautiful, located less than a 5 minute walk to the water. Easy access to the infamous Route 1 and 95 with a ton of activities within a couple of blocks. An easy walk up Flagler and you are in downtown West Palm. The home itself was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely well taken care of. Everything was included, even down to Netflix! Cynthia and Luis are two of the most accommodating owners I have had the pleasure of befrending. Anytime I have family or friends coming into town, Cynthia is my first call. They come HIGHLY recommended by me!

“The Perfect Place”
We loved this apartment in West Palm Beach! Location was perfect, close to everything and easy to find. We loved being able to bring our two small dogs and walk them along the intracoastal every morning. Less than a block to the water. The fenced yard and gate were great too. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was SO comfortable too! Very quiet neighborhood. Cynthia was so easy to work with and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

“Cute, clean and close to City Place! Loved my stay!”
We really enjoyed our stay at Coco Villa! Very clean, new, close to everything. The owners were super welcoming and helpful! They told us of several places to check out and we loved them all. There is even a coupon book and a binder with a list of restaurants, beaches, things to do, shopping, etc. We will definitely be back :)

“GREAT”
I stayed here with a friend of mine we had a great time. The owners were great to us; they picked us up from the airport, showed us places to get food and gave us a book with all different types of activities in the area as well as shopping and dining places. The villa itself was wonderful, it was very clean and cute inside. We did not have a car with us, instead we walked all over, biked and took ubers around which was easy to do. I would definitely recommend this to others!
